About Asma

Asma Khan is an Indian-born British chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and was profiled on the sixth season of the Netflix documentary series Chef's Table. Asma is one of the UK's most prominent female chefs and her food is a true homage to her royal Mughlai ancestry and the busy streets of Calcutta where she grew up.

Every recipe has a reason for being and a story to tell, with food lovingly cooked from family recipes that go back generations. It is not fussy or over complicated, but honest, delicious, Indian home cooking.
